Expect to receive work within 7-15 days after purchasing for US orders and up to 20 days for international orders. Plan accordingly or send a note with any requests. A tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available and a signature will be required upon receipt

Please note every project requires at least a 50% payment upfront before starting work after the design phase. This payment serves as a project commitment

This depends on the scale of the project. The average custom piece requires anywhere from 2-5 weeks from start to completion. Nelly will do the best to accommodate timely requests, however, the sooner you reach out the better

Store your jewelry carefully by storing it in individual spots and avoid having the metal or stones clash against each other when worn. This may cause unnecessary stress on gems and may cause stones to become dull or metal to scratch

Stones have varying hardnesses. For example, pearls have a Mohs hardness of 2.5 while diamond has a perfect 10. Pearls are an organic material that is extremely soft while diamonds were formed deep in the earth under intense pressure. Contact between the two stones will not hurt the diamond but may cause a pearl to become dull from scratches on the surface inflicted upon by the diamond

As a precaution keep gemstone jewelry (especially color stones think emerald, amethyst, tourmaline. turquoise) separate and avoid touching with diamond jewelry

Silver is often mixed with copper to create a more durable metal. However, this makes some silver alloys more prone to tarnishing by acids in the air or skin pH levels

To protect your silver jewelry from tarnishing when not being worn store them in a dry place away from acids or any chemicals. If you notice your silver turn black or gray do not worry, use a polishing cloth or a light soap and a cloth under running water to remove oxides from the surface or enjoy as is
